About Us
Our
Story
Hello! We are Haeli and Darryl, you microgreen farmers! Hailing from the mountains of Western Maryland, we grow nutrient dense microgreens and edible flowers. With organic practices, our greens are not only good for the environment, but they are good for your body! After working with top chefs and Michelin star restaurants in Washington, D.C., we decided to bring our craft to the Deep Creek Lake area. We've been growing microgreens since 2020 with no intention of stopping anytime soon. Our focus is to promote long-term sustainability and eco-friendliness by growing indoors in a sterile and controlled environment. With our innovative techniques, we're able to make the most of every inch of grow space without compromising on quality. From soil health to biodiversity, we prioritize the well-being of our crops and the environment in every step of the farming process

So why not give them a try and see what all the fuss is about? Your taste buds (and your family) will thank you!
Our Produce
Microgreens are essentially ‘baby versions’ of your favorite leafy greens. Microgreens are usually harvested 7-21 days after germination, when the plant’s first leaves (cotyledon leaves) emerge. Just like a seed contains a very high density of energy and minerals, microgreens contain a high concentration of nutrients and flavor. Because they are so young, they contain a condensed amount of vitamins and minerals that not only makes them tasty, but a great source of plant based nutrition. We grow many different kinds of microgreens that all offer different nutritional benefits. Whether you are a chef, avid home cook or casual eater, try some microgreens to add the perfect punch of excitement and nutrition to your next plate.
